OK, I know I don't need to convice anyone reading this how great The Dark Knight is but I thought it was so great that I just want to shout it from a mountain top. I don't know if I'm alone on this but I actually thought the movie started off a little slow and started to panic that the movie was another victim of too much hype. And then this movie punched me in the stomach and kicked me in the teeth when I was down. Seriously, there was one point in the movie (I won't spoil it for the one person reading this who may not have seen it yet) where the movie really did feel like it knocked the wind out of me and left me on the edge of my seat. I know it's totally cliche to use terms like 'leave you on the edge of your seat' or 'leaves you wanting more' but I dare anyone who saw this movie to say that the movie didn't do either of these things.
I can not wait to see this movie again and on IMAX this time. Who's with me?
