Apparently some dude in the UK is trying to give websites movie style ratings.  Sounds pretty dumb to me.  But in case you were wondering what your website may be rated this site will tell you.  Can you guess what Fungdark would be rated? We're fucking rated R, mother fuckers!  Fuck yeah!  Does make you wonder why though.

Dyke Dolls

These dolls remind me of a roomate I once had a few years back.   I met Kate while working for a well known video store and we hit it off pretty good.  After working together for a while I learned that we both lived in the same apartment complex and we were both looking to move out of our one bedroom apartments and into a two bedroom with a roomate.  Both of our leases were about to expire right around the same time so I asked if her if she would be comfortable moving in with a guy.  She said that she wouldn't mind living with a guy, but asked if I would mind living with a lesbian.  I told her that not only didn't I mind but that living with a lesbian would be totally awesome.   Now, don't get the wrong idea.  I asked her to move in with me strictly for financial reasons and not because she was a lesbian.  I didn't even know she was a lesbian until she told me that day.  Though, in retrospect, the rainbow necklace she wore and the shaved head should have tipped me off.  I just though she was punk.   As it turns out living with a lesbian was a huge dissapointment from how I pictured it in my head.  Aside from almost making me puke from one of the worst smelling farts in history, she never had any girls over, ever, and when she finally did have a girlfriend she turned out to be a huge man hater who was definetely not into the idea of me watching them have sex.   The moral of this story:  beer is good.

On Blogging

I've read on several "how to be a better blogger" websites that it's bad luck to talk about how you haven't updated your blog in a while and make promises that you'll update regularly going forward.  And yes this will be the second time in a few months that we've promised to keep up with new posts.  Go fuck yourselves - we've been busy.  But I'm hoping this time we'll stick with our promises.

And while I can't guarantee that it will stick this time try and not judge us too harshly if it doesn't.  

The truth is that being blogger is kind of hard and, oddly enough, a lot like being in a shitty relationship.  It's true.  Think about the worst girlfriend or boyfriend you've ever had and compare it to being a blogger.  You put a lot of time and effort into being a good girlfriend/boyfriend and get very little in return.  Nonetheless you continue to stick it out but eventually you just get tired of one another and decide to take a break.  But just like every shitty relationship you've ever been in you eventually go back hoping that things will be different this time.  But usually they aren't.   

So keep your fingers crossed that I don't get too tired of this bitch too soon.  After all, couldn't we all use one more pointless website to look at while not actually working?    

Tim & Eric Awesome Show [Great Job]

  Holy shit, what could possibly get me to do a post after such a long absence? Tim & Eric of course! If you've read this blog with any type of regularity then you know that we've never made our love of Tim & Eric a secret. That being said, I received the best possible surprise while surfing the interwebs today. Tim & Eric are coming to town! After constantly bitching about how none of my favorite comedians ever come to town my wildest dream has come true. Tim & Eric will be at the Marque Theater on January 18th. This is the best Christmas ever.
