Yes, that is Vietnamese women selling roasted dog. Now this is going to bring up some debate I am sure of it, but pigs are smarter than dogs and we eat them so what is so gross about eating dogs? Oh I know....EVERYFUCKING THING IMAGINABLE! But still if they tastes as good as the Famous Dave's rib tips I had last night I might have to think about it.
